Literary Cats

Writers love cats. The fluffy balls of indifference are the peanut butter to every wordsmiths’ jelly.

When the nonprofit James River Writers asked me to design a new t-shirt, the subject matter was beyond doubt. A cat. A proper book-loving cat. Perhaps one that’s shocked that everyone isn’t working on their writing projects at this very moment.

But what beverage should the cat be drinking? Coffee or tea? Writers are split when it comes to their caffeine delivery liquid. Oh, the conundrum.

What to do? Make the community decide! You can help settle this debate once and for all by ordering the fancy feline drinking your preferred writing fuel.
